Pipe withing pipe welding

The traditional method currently used involves "pipe within pipe",  welded 1 within 2 or 2 within 4.

We have secured the sole rights for the supply of the revolutionary new Petrofuse double skinned system for above ground pipework.

Traditional pipe within pipe installations require much prefabrication. Hotworks restrict other works on site and have far-reaching health and safety implications when working in confined or sensitive areas. Cumbersome bracketing results from welding in confined spaces. Sheer weight of pipes have major man power and health and safety implications. All of the above factors add time and cost to installations.

The Petrofuse system does away with all of the above mentioned problems. This system which is already widely recognised in the forecourt, gas and water industry, sells itself with it’s lightweight yet rugged construction, its accurate and ingenious jointing system, it’s quick and permanent fusion welding system and its out of the box pre-formed bends and T-pieces.

Available in 6 and 10 metre lengths, this lightweight pipe system is easily fitted with standard industry brackets, with half the manpower of traditional pipe-within-pipe welded lengths.

Fusion welding does away with the need for hot work permits, allows other tradesmen to work alongside the pipe-fitters and thus reduces costly down-time. It also allows closer more discreet fitting as bracketing does not have to allow for welding access.

The smooth bore of the aluminium inner greatly increases flow rate, is non corrodible and multi-fuel compatible.

Formable on site, there is no need for prefabrication, saving greatly on installation times.

Available in 32mm, 63mm, 90mm and 110mm OD, there is a Petrofuse pipe for every industry application.
