AWARD WINNING TRY-LINE TANK LINING SYSTEM
CERTIFIED TO EN13160-7
UK Patent Nos. GB 2 474 038 B & GB 2 474 096B
TANKS INSPECTED, BLASTED, PROTECTIVE COATED, HAND CHOP MAT COATED PATENTED INTERSTITIAL TRYLINE SHEETING, TOP COATED WHICH IS ACTUAL EIGHT LAYER SYSTEM WITH A FUME SILICA GLASS TOP COAT
100% of tank interstitial monitored Class 1 or 2 leak detection. Complete work carried out by in house trained staff using company owned vehicles to carry out uplifts and cleaning including tankers and mobile fitters, support vehicles with coded welders. Minimum tank entry while tanks are being gas freed using Pet track. All materials guaranteed resistant to current petroleum products up to and including E85 with built in protection against static electricity. Cable failure and lining leak detection fully unique. Interstitial space access for liquid type and vapour testing.
Included free first 12 months monitor operating test.
Existing tank inspection by independent tank inspector to issue guarantee tank lifetime. Excellent back up service and information as required with emergency call out facility to existing customers.
Capable of working to tight 4 week full site programmes a typical site of 200,000 to 240,000 litres.
Optional extras:-
Self clean tank ports x 4 located at ¼ intervals or bespoke
Dip striker plate extra re-enforced
Atlas chamber fitting or customer requirements
Pipe prep and replacement/cover replacements
Interceptor repairs with double lining and added monitoring
On site testing observed and endorsed by London Fire Brigade.
TUV Nord certified by Jurgen Straube (on the committee who wrote European 13160 standard)
MONITORING SYSTEM
These units are a vacuum sensitive system that will pick up on a drop in pressure, and will in turn determine a hole in the tank. It is also capable of picking up on a fault in the cable, whether shorted out, cut or damaged, using a ps81 gem sensor that works on a normally open/closed circuit.
All unit’s and power supplies used within the alarm unit are C.E approved and marked, with an industry standard pressure switch.

The pressure switch is designed and manufactured in accordance with sound engineering practice as defined by the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EC.
The alarm unit will only display the blue POWER light when in normal working state.
The alarm unit has two alarm fault codes as follows:-
Low pressure fault (e.g. leak interstitial) = audible sounder and RED ALARM fault light.
Cable fault = RED CABLE BREAK fault light only
To reset the system press the MUTE/reset button the alarm will silence but alarm lights will stay on until fault/faults are cleared.
Additionally your monitoring system is installed with a Zener Barrier.
Intrinsic safety (IS) is a protection technique for safe operation of electronic equipment in explosive atmospheres and under irregular operating conditions. The theory behind intrinsic safety is to ensure that the available electrical and thermal energy in the system is always low enough that ignition of the hazardous atmosphere cannot occur. This is achieved by ensuring that only low voltages and currents enter the hazardous area, and that all electric supply and signal wires are protected by Zener safety barriers.
In the event of the audible alarm sounding and a fault light showing you must take the following action;
